Linslade Canal Festival returns this year for another unforgettable celebration of countryside charm, heritage crafts and stunning canal boats.

Visitors will be treated to captivating demonstrations from traditional artisans, including bee skep making, stained glass window crafting, trug and hurdle making and wood carving. These skilled craftspeople will showcase the beauty and technique behind rural trades that have stood the test of time. A birds of prey static display will offer an up-close look at majestic raptors, while forest school workshops and storytelling sessions promise hands-on discovery and imaginative adventures for all ages.

Tuned In Events focuses solely on the psychic entertainment aspects. It's worth noting that the focus of this event is very much on enjoying the readings as part of a shared group experience, rather than a 1-2-1s based evening. Small groups of people or couples may need to be added to larger tables if necessary – so Attendees may end up sharing a table with other Guests. Private 1-2-1 readings will also be available on the night from our Readers, at extra cost. Be prepared for the fact that some people may receive longer readings or more frequent readings than others, during our Group performances. To keep things fresh, our Readers will swap around a lot to add variation and they'll try their very best to read as many people as possible on the night!

Interspersed with Group readings there'll be a few curious supernatural tales, recounted by some of our talented story-telling Readers (many of whom have a background in paranormal research). They will provide ghoulish accounts of personal experiences and spooky goings-on. These will not be fiction, but rather, allegedly true local legends of apparitions, spectral sightings, odd experiences and all things that go bump in the night.
Are they real ? Are they just vivid imagination ? Who knows – this will very much be for everyone to decide !
Some of our Readers run their own ghost walks, ghost tours and regularly take part in ghosthunts. They each have a fascinating wealth of knowledge regarding all manner of strange goings-on in the local area. Tuned In Events focuses solely on the psychic entertainment aspects. It's worth noting that the focus of this event is very much on enjoying the readings as part of a shared group experience, rather than a 1-2-1s based evening. Food will be served between 7pm – 7.30pm and will be provided by the Venue as part of a Three Course Meal.

Guests will need to be very aware that our Psychic Suppers are being promoted as a shared group experience, rather than focusing on individual readings. Private 1-2-1 readings will also be available on the night from our Readers, at extra cost. Be prepared for the fact that some people may receive longer readings or more frequent readings than others, during our Group performances. To keep things fresh, our Readers will swap around a lot to add variation and they'll try their very best to read as many people as possible on the night!

Interspersed with Group readings there'll be a few curious supernatural tales, recounted by some of our talented story-telling Readers (many of whom have a background in paranormal research). They will provide ghoulish accounts of personal experiences and spooky goings-on. These will not be fiction, but rather, allegedly true local legends of apparitions, spectral sightings, odd experiences and all things that go bump in the night.
Are they real ? Are they just vivid imagination ? Who knows – this will very much be for everyone to decide !
Some of our Readers run their own ghost walks, ghost tours and regularly take part in ghosthunts. They each have a fascinating wealth of knowledge regarding all manner of strange goings-on in the local area. ℹ️ AGE INFORMATION
We usually recommend the age ranges of 1-13, but an adult or sibling, cousin etc may assist young children if they would like to ride but are too small to ride alone. We do have a few dedicated toddler size attractions and are hopefully looking to bring in some more smaller attractions and inflatables specifically for tots.
With good reason, you may assist your child! If they are too young to go alone, scared etc you may assist them.
🧒 ALL CHILDREN NEED WRISTBANDS
ALL children attending will need to buy a wristband upon entry, no exceptions. Plan ahead! If you think our attractions are unsuitable for your child, please plan to leave them with a parent, grandparent, friend etc.

Most crops are grown in ridges or beds, like Strawberries for example, so it would not be possible to get into the middle of the block but you can pick along the edges. When it has been raining it can get very muddy and our soil is sticky and can clog wheels quite quickly.

The Olde Watermill Shopping Village is set in and around an historic Watermill.
There has been a Watermill on the site since 1086 as the Watermill is mentioned in the Domesday book and it is one of the oldest overshot Watermills in the country.
Over the last few years, it has been lovingly restored and is now home to over 20 unique and individual shops as well as the Mill House Restaurant, Tea Room & Cafe, an antique centre, Miller’s Shopping Arcade and a soft play area for the children.

It’s all fun and games at Wrest Park this summer, with loads of activities for the whole family to get stuck into.
We’ve partnered with TV’s Taskmaster to set you silly challenges as you explore. Collect your Taskmaster score card and complete your tasks. There might be a rubber duck or two to spot on the way too. Celebrate your silliness with some selfie shots when you reach the finishing zone.

Wander onto the village green and discover Moot Hall - a registered Ancient Monument. This delightful 15th century timber-framed building is unique, being the only known combined manor courthouse & market hall to have been built in Britain by a nunnery.
As well as Bunyan-related items, Moot Hall houses a collection of 17th century furniture and various small exhibitions, including beautiful Bedfordshire lace-making. (Which you can purchase here.) Moot Hall is run by a small team of volunteers, all of whom are knowledgeable about its history, so don't hesitate to ask them questions.
▪️PLEASE NOTE: Cash only in the shop.

There is no admission fee for individuals and families. Instead, we invite you to leave a donation, at the end of your visit, for whatever amount you feel your visit was worth.
🤔 WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
Bring the family, perhaps have a picnic on the green. Follow that with a stroll around the ancient timber-framed buildings on Elstow's High Street and the Abbey church and ruins of the former Benedictine nunnery. Then round off your visit with a cuppa at the delightful Elstow Tea Garden or at Elstow Post Office's Cottage Tea Room or the Red Lion Pub (A Sizzling pub).
♿️ DISABLED ACCESS
There is one parking space at Moot Hall exclusively reserved for Blue Badge Holders.
Access to the upper floor of Moot Hall is via a flight of fairly steep stairs but there is a chair-lift. There are some raised beams in the downstairs floor which you will need to be able to step over and one bay may not be accessible to wider wheelchairs. Sorry, but Moot is, after all, an authentic medieval building!

There is a small car park adjacent to Moot Hall - only for people visiting the museum. - and this may be accessed from Church End.
