Produced entirely in-house, our trail lets you explore Swiss Gardenโs quirky features aglow in vibrant colours, with some fun interactive elements and photo-worthy moments.
In the Collection hangars our iconic aircraft, vehicles and machines will be bathed in light, adding to the awesome revere these fantastic machines inspire.

Children will make their own natural Christmas decoration in the Visitor Centre, before meeting Santaโs Elf in their workshop, and Santa himself in his beautiful traditional cabin.

Children will make their own natural Christmas decoration in the Visitor Centre, before meeting Santaโs Elf in their workshop, and Santa himself in his beautiful traditional cabin.
There are two ticket types available; โFamilyโ and open โGroupโ sessions. You can request a Quiet Session on any ticket type at the time of booking. You can book tickets via the event link. Tickets must be made in advance.
WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?
โจ๏ธ A lovely traditional journey through the Elves workshop to discover Santa in his cabin, in amongst the sparkling Christmas trees.
โจ๏ธA personal or group experience and chat with the big man himself.
โจ๏ธ The opportunity to take a special photographic memento of your visit before you leave.
โจ๏ธ Each child will receive an age-appropriate token gift from Father Christmas.

Your child or children will have a visit with Santa by yourselves.

You may be joined by other children, families and groups who book the same time as you.

For the special price of ยฃ10, you can include a festive pass to your grotto visit. Our Elfish Activity Passports include pottery painting*, a trail pack and Christmas crafts โ and will be issued to you on collection โ usually when you check-in for your grotto visit (but you donโt have to complete all the activities on the same day!)
*Pottery painting includes items from our ยฃ8-ยฃ9.50 range. Please note, pottery is collected at a later date (currently 10 days โ 2 weeks), once glazed, fired and made water/food safe for you.

Explore handmade gifts from local businesses, food stalls, decorations, and more all whilst enjoying live music and carols throughout the day. You can even buy your Christmas tree from a local seller! Weโll also be running a Christmas raffle with some fantastic festive prizes up for grabs.

Our cafรฉ will be open all day selling festive favourites such as mulled wine and mince pies, as well as our usual menu with gluten free and vegan options available.
