🎇 The annual Fireworks Display and Funfair is back at Bedford Blues, Goldington Road, Bedford on Friday 7th November 2025!
🕕 TIMES:

🎠 EVENT DETAILS
Lighting the Bedford skyline for miles around, the town’s biggest display has taken place in front of a capacity attendance for many years, selling out in advance annually.
We are expecting another busy night with no tickets available on the gate, so we encourage everyone to purchase early to guarantee your place and avoid disappointment.
Gates, funfair, bars and food outlets open from 6pm for an action packed, fun filled evening of entertainment. Arrive early to take a wander around the ground and soak up the family atmosphere at this traditional town centre event.
A children’s Fireworks display will take place from 7pm; ahead of the main event at 8pm.
The main display will again attempt to raise the bar from our previous fireworks nights with another bright, loud and spectacular show. From Catherine Wheels to Firecrackers and Rockets, Goldington Road will again be ablaze with colour for the night. Scroll down for the best photos of recent years.
Suitable for all ages, the home of Bedford Blues can serve as the ultimate family evening or a great night out with friends before wandering into town, situated just a five-minute walk away.
Food outlets will be situated along the main drive ahead of the Funfair, whilst the Scrum Bar, Rebel Bar and CMC Marquee will be open for drinks only.

Be amazed by the spectacular fireworks display, explore acres of outdoor floodlit outdoor play – including the SkyTrail, rock climbing wall and Shaggy’s Raceway – enjoy our huge indoor play and meet our adorable animals.

Grab a bite at one of our mouth-watering street food vendors or enjoy a drink from our great range or warm up with a soothing hot chocolate!

Finish your night with a boogie on the dance floor with our end of show disco.

Due to recent bad weather, our fireworks field may not be suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. However you will be able to view the fireworks from the car park adjacent to the fireworks field.

Our SENDsational mornings offer children with neurodiverse conditions, including autism and other sensory processing difficulties, the chance to take part in activities and enjoy our galleries with their families and siblings away from the hustle and bustle of the general public.
▪️AGE INFORMATION
This event is best for children aged five to 15 and siblings are welcome.
👍 What can you expect from the experience?
- ✨️ Visitors have access to a few activities including specimen handling, crafting and a gallery trail.
- ✨️ All activities are supported by experienced, autism-aware facilitators.
- ✨️ A sensory space will be available for those children needing a quieter and calmer space.
- ✨️ All of the galleries, outdoor spaces and the shop will be accessible throughout the event.
- ✨️ Each event has a different theme. In May it's rainforests, in August it's Oceans and the theme for November is Autumn.
🎟 FREE BUT MUST BE BOOKED
Walk-ups are not possible - you must have a ticket. Adult tickets are limited to three per group.
