It’s also a great space for professionals working in early years, SEND, social care, health, education, and the arts— a chance to experience how sensory heritage can help us understand different ways of engaging with the world and explore how lived experience can be understood and recorded with people who communicate through sensory expression rather than words.

💖 Funded by Lottery Heritage and supported by Heritage Horizons at the University of Bedfordshire. Created and curated by Collar & Cuffs Co with The Chiltern School.

💖 People with Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) are missing from our collective social history, this project is exploring and evaluating ways to change that.
