This is a mindful, gentle stroll with relaxing activities for you and your young people along the way, to help you feel calm, refreshed, and at one with the natural world. We will be following forest bathing techniques developed in Japan in 1980’s, that have been found to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and improve memory and concentration. Some findings even show it can help us stay healthy - nature is a powerful healer!
🪶 EDUCATION CENTRE OPEN
Our Education Centre will also be open to the public from 9:30 to 12:30. We will have free nature-themed challenges, artefacts on display such as nests, skulls and feathers that are found across our different parks, and self-guided trails.
