The event will involve over 200 rubber ducks entering the River Hiz and then racing them downstream to the finish line. Bridge to Bridge. Locals and businesses will have a chance to sponsor a duck and come along to cheer it on as it races down the river.

🌳 THE NATURE RESERVE
The Nature Reserve is open all year round, except 9th-10th May and 10th-11th October 2026.
📖 HISTORY
Nobody is certain of the exact date, but it is likely that a watermill has stood on the site of the current Stotfold Mill beside the River Ivel for over a thousand years and it is certainly one of the oldest recorded buildings in the town. The first written evidence is the mention of four mills in Stotfold in the Domesday book of 1086. One of those four was the currently-named Stotfold Mill.

Buyers are welcome from 10am only.

🅿️ Parking
As the car park will be largely occupied by seller pitches, on-site parking is very limited, with only a small number of spaces available, including three designated Blue Badge bays.
We encourage visitors to walk where possible or use public transport. The H and Hi bus routes stop right outside the venue.
If you do drive, please park considerately and be mindful of residents, businesses and other road users.
🚘 SELLER INFORMATION
✅ All 40 pre-booked pitches have now been taken (£5 in advance)!
✅ A very limited number of pitches will be available on the day and when they’re gone, they’re gone (£8 on the day)!
✅️ Sellers can arrive from 9am to set up.
✅️ Each pitch is approximately 3m wide x 5m deep:
▪️Vehicles should be parked along the back of the pitch.
▪️Tables, clothes rails and display sheets should be set up in front of vehicles.
🚗 Important Seller Vehicle Information:
All seller vehicles must remain on site until the event finishes at 2pm.
If you know you’ll need your car before 2pm, Your vehicle must be removed from the sale area after unloading and before 9:45am. No seller vehicles will be permitted to leave the sales area during the event for safety reasons.

ℹ️ ABOUT THE MUSEUM
The Museum is a memorial dedicated to the personnel of the 306th Bomb Group who operated from Thurleigh during WW2, as part of the Eighth Air Force 40th Combat Wing, 1st Air Division.
The Museum is an original building formally used by the 306th BG as a Small Arms Ammunition store.
We use it today to display artefacts to re-create the activities and atmosphere of the airfield and surrounding areas during the war years, as well as honour all those that lost their lives.
