Hop onboard a train ride with Thomas, a REAL steam engine, also ride with either Percy or Mavis and say hi to Trevor the Traction Engine! Meet Sir Topham Hatt and enjoy storytime and singalongs with him and Sodor Station Sweepers Rusty & Dusty that’ll have the whole family dancing.

Enjoy a traction engine trailer ride, watch the exciting live shows, join in the Thomas & Friends character hunt, have fun with the garden games and keep the beat going in the Music Corner packed with music-inspired fun, plus so much more!

You can also ride our miniature railway, watch the model trains, wander the site and enjoy the tea cup rides – there so much to see and do ALL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!

👶 Can I bring a pushchair?
You may bring a pushchair on the train, but it will need to be folded up and left in the guard's van for the journey. If you do not wish to bring it along, we can store them securely for you at Page's Park station until your return.

🐶 Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs are always welcome,and travel free. There are water bowls provided at both ends of the line, to keep our four-legged friends cool on hot days.

Oxfordshire’s leading Country Show!
A Country show full of Country sports and pursuits with arena entertainment running throughout the day.  Watch the Falconry, Gundogs, Horse Boarding, Scurry Driving and Horse Display Team.

Around the show there are a number of demonstrations and Have a Go events including Fishing, Airguns and Archery to name a few.

🅿️ Do I have to pay for parking? - NO, parking is free at all our events.

🎫 Can I buy a ticket on the day? - YES, tickets will be available to purchase on each day of the event. (Cash and Card/Contactless)

🐶 Can I bring my dog? - YES, dogs are welcome.

⛺️ Can I camp as a visitor’ NO, camping is not available to the public.

♿️ Will there be disabled car parking? - YES, if you ask one of our car park attendants they will point you in the right direction. You are advised to pre-book a mobilit scooter either call 01274 297 777 or visit the website. There are disabled loos, Please be aware that the show is held on grassed open ground.

The miniature railway is set inside the grounds of The Fancott Arms Pub with an outdoor play area.

🚂 Riverside Miniature Railway, St Neots will be reopening on Easter Sunday, 5th April 2026, 12.00pm to 4.00pm (Weather permitting).

🗓 OPENING TIMES
The railway opens to the public on Sunday afternoons throughout the summer season from Easter to October and Wednesday’s throughout the Cambridgeshire school summer holiday. Other dates may be added dependent on membership availability.

🐶 DOG INFORMATION
Small dogs are welcome to  travel on the train, but they must be held or able to sit on the carriage. All dogs must be on a lead.

♿️ ACCESSIBLE
Everyone is welcome. We have Access-i-belle, our accessible carriage, available for people who are unable to sit on our ride on coaches, e.g. for wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility, so everyone can enjoy a ride on the railway.

Trains depart Haynes End between 10:30 and 15:45 (approx.), trains leaving Haynes End after 15:45 will not stop at Hammer Hill. We close at 16:00.

🛤 JOURNEY INFORMATION
The Summerfield Line will take you between Haynes End Station and Hammer Hill Station.

At Hammer Hill you will have the option of taking a ride on two more of our railways - The Springfield Line from platform 2 and The Winterfield Line from platform 3 - tickets for both are sold at Hammer Hill.

🥪 FOOD & DRINK
The picnic area at Hammer Hill will also be open for you to use, from where you will be able to watch the Garden Line in operation.
At Haynes End the Station Buffet will be open for refreshments and picnic tables are available for your use on the grass outside.

The operation of all railways is subject to the availability of volunteers to run them and the prevailing weather conditions. Bike Night - The Village Swan, Leighton Buzzard

🏍 Bike Night is rolling back into Village Swan, Ivinghoe Aston, LU7 9DP - Come along for a great evening of bikes and banter! April - October.

Join every second Wednesday of the month for an evening dedicated to great bikes, good company, and pub favourites. Whether you ride or just love the scene, everyone’s welcome.

There is food available at the Village Swan, reasonably priced and absolutely scrummy. Meal deals just £12. Warm fire, cosy seating.

Bike Night - The Village Swan, Leighton Buzzard

🏍 Bike Night is rolling back into Village Swan, Ivinghoe Aston, LU7 9DP - Come along for a great evening of bikes and banter! April - October.

Join every second Wednesday of the month for an evening dedicated to great bikes, good company, and pub favourites. Whether you ride or just love the scene, everyone’s welcome.

🍔 FOOD AVAILABLE
There is food available at the Village Swan, reasonably priced and absolutely scrummy. Meal deals just £12. Warm fire, cosy seating.

We are open from 10.30am until 5pm and Thomas runs short train rides all day long, approx. every 20 minutes from 11am-4.30pm (with a break for lunch).

Hop onboard a train ride with Thomas, a REAL steam engine, also ride with either Percy or Mavis and say hi to Trevor the Traction Engine! Meet Sir Topham Hatt and enjoy storytime and singalongs with him and Sodor Station Sweepers Rusty & Dusty that’ll have the whole family dancing.

Enjoy a traction engine trailer ride, watch the exciting live shows, join in the Thomas & Friends character hunt, have fun with the garden games and keep the beat going in the Music Corner packed with music-inspired fun, plus so much more!

You can also ride our miniature railway, watch the model trains, wander the site and enjoy the tea cup rides – there so much to see and do ALL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!
