🥪 Picnic in the Park 2025 for 0-5 year olds in Leighton Buzzard


Time: 10:00 - 14:00

🎊 Come and join us for this year’s Carnival’s Picnic in the Park  in Leighton Buzzard on Wednesday 18th June 2024, 10am-2pm, a family fun filled day aimed at 0–5-year-olds, with free admission.

🎠 WHAT TO EXPECT

We have gift stalls, tombola, free children’s funfair ride, sensory tent, face painting by funky festival face paints, music corner, story time area, hook a duck, lawn connect 4, games and more.

🎶 ENTERTAINMENT
We also have entertainment from Dotty Dots entertainment and Elsa from Frozen, who will be available for meet and greet, photos and she will be also singing some of your favourite frozen songs. And there will be the music as well.

💦 WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
There will, of course, be the splash park, beach and big playground available too.

🍦 CAFE WILL BE OPEN
We would love to see you all there. The park Café will be open or why not pack up a picnic and join in this fun filled day.

Step into the past and experience firsthand activities like lacemaking and pottery or embark on an adventure on our Tractor to Pitstone Windmill.

Set up is from 8:00am. We ask that you be ready to sell by 10:00am and do not pack up before the market finishes at 4:00pm. A 3 x 3m non-sided Gazebo is provided for your use. You will need to bring any tables, chairs and displays you need.

Explore Pitstone Museum's vast array of attractions, boasting over 40 unique exhibits. From captivating model railways to the clang of a working Blacksmith, from vintage game consoles to historic farm machinery, and from the impressive workings of a Rack Saw to the mighty 28-liter Crossley Gas Engine - there's something for everyone.

Step into the past and experience firsthand activities like lacemaking and pottery or embark on an adventure on our Tractor to Pitstone Windmill.

With the Museum only open to the public nine times a year, our team of approximately 50 dedicated volunteers are on hand to ensure your visit is both educational and enjoyable.
