The Olde Watermill Shopping Village is set in and around an historic Watermill.
There has been a Watermill on the site since 1086 as the Watermill is mentioned in the Domesday book and it is one of the oldest overshot Watermills in the country.

Join us for one of Olneyโs biggest and brightest events of the year! Expect a fantastic fireworks display, delicious food & drink stalls, a licensed bar, and plenty of family fun โ including a small childrenโs funfair!
The number of people who can attend is limited by the safe capacity of the field. We will be selling advance tickets up until 4pm on Sunday 2nd. If capacity allows, a limited number of tickets will also be available on the gate.

The event will be fired by the multi-award winning Gala Fireworks using state-of-the-art computerised firing systems to choreograph split-second firing sequences, synchronised to music and set to astound and amaze.
There will also be a licensed bar, food and drink stalls plus a small children's funfair from Keith Emmett and Sons.

No dogs or sparklers are allowed at this event.

Step into the Motor House and craft magical creations from wooden sticks and stringโno wand required. Whether youโre a seasoned sorcerer or just starting out, this workshop promises a bewitching blend of creativity and wicked fun.
The workshop runs from 11am โ 4pm.
Each Witches & Wizards Week ticket includes access to one workshop. To attend a second workshop, a separate Workshop Only ticket must be purchased.

The display, funded and organised by Stevenage Borough Council, always draws the crowds, so please avoid driving if possible - although if you must drive, parking will be available at the South Field Car Park (opposite Stevenage FC stadium) or in the town centre car parks.
Please avoid parking on residential streets and be mindful of local residents when making your way to and from the display.
โ๏ธAny vehicles parked on double yellow lines and grass verges risk being towed away.
โฟ๏ธ BLUE BADGE PARKING
Please note parking at Marriotts School Sports Centre (main entrance, Brittain Way, SG2 8BL) is only available to those who need accessibility parking for the Fairlandโs Fireworks Display. It is not a public car park and there are limited spaces that are available on a first come, first served basis.

Visitors are asked not to bring their own fireworks or sparklers to the display for health and safety reasons, and we also advise visitors to not buy from street traders or hawkers at the event as they have not been accredited by Stevenage Borough Council.

Please avoid crossing Six Hills Way which is a high-speed road. There are underpasses available for pedestrians to walk through, and Security Stewards shall be on hand to direct you to the underpass.
