The Olde Watermill Shopping Village is set in and around an historic Watermill.
There has been a Watermill on the site since 1086 as the Watermill is mentioned in the Domesday book and it is one of the oldest overshot Watermills in the country.
Over the last few years, it has been lovingly restored and is now home to over 20 unique and individual shops as well as the Mill House Restaurant, Tea Room & Cafe, an antique centre, Miller’s Shopping Arcade and a soft play area for the children.

Everyone is different, so please feel free to wear what feels comfortable for you, be it a swimsuit or wetsuit. Water shoes or socks can be helpful on the lake floor. Please also bring a towel and warm clothes.

Whether you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life or simply want to try something new, our experienced and friendly team (including an open water lifeguard) will be on hand to help you make the most of your time in the water.

Set in the beautiful surrounding countryside. A great family fun, memorable day out for all and not far from Bedfordshire! Plus they have a car boot sale on Saturday's.
