π ABOUT THE OLDE WATERMILL SHOPPING VILLAGE
The Olde Watermill Shopping Village is set in and around an historic Watermill.
There has been a Watermill on the site since 1086 as the Watermill is mentioned in the Domesday book and it is one of the oldest overshot Watermills in the country.
Over the last few years, it has been lovingly restored and is now home to over 20 unique and individual shops as well as the Mill House Restaurant, Tea Room & Cafe, an antique centre, Millerβs Shopping Arcade and a soft play area for the children.

βΏοΈ ACCESSIBILITY
When the weather is good the ground, although a little uneven in places, is suitable for using a pushchair, wheelchair or disability buggy with someone accompanying. The Pick Your Own fields have grass tracks around the edges and between the blocks of crops which you can easily travel along.
Most crops are grown in ridges or beds, like Strawberries for example, so it would not be possible to get into the middle of the block but you can pick along the edges. When it has been raining it can get very muddy and our soil is sticky and can clog wheels quite quickly.
