Bradwell Mill is a Grade II listed landmark and is open to the public on selected days throughout the year, when the mill can be seen in action.
It is a rare opportunity to better understand what life was like as a miller – complete with all the associated smells, noise and dust!

⭐️ Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
⭐️ There are no toilet facilities available.

On your walk, discover hidden gems such as the Veteran Lime Tree, Doric Seat and Ha-ha, which survive from the 18th century English Landscape Garden design of the park and have been recently revealed, revived and restored as part of our National Lottery Heritage Fund project.

Gravely fruit farm will be open for strawberry picking on Bank Holiday Monday 26th May 2025.
👨👩👧👦 My family set off for a wonderful day to this great farm in the Hitchin area. It is FREE entry, you can pick your own strawberries at a cost (depending on availability) with other activities for children and the family to enjoy. Set in the beautiful surrounding countryside. A great family fun, memorable day out for all and not far from Bedfordshire! Plus they have a car boot sale on Saturday's.
❓DO I NEED TO BOOK?
No you don't need to book which is the great thing, you can enjoy a last minute fun day out, but I'd recommend checking there facebook page incase of any updates on times and days ect.
🐕 DOGS
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but you have to keep them on leads and out of the polytunnels.
🏖 PLAY AREA
The play area and sand pit is FREE to use. Fantastic!
They have a large children’s adventure play area including a zip wire and a haystack. The play area is overlooked from the cafe so you can keep an eye on your little or not so little ones!

There are also some pigs to look at and feed, pig food is available to feed them at a low cost.

(Hold on it gets very bumpy, this is more of a tractor rally ride 😅)
