๐ Take a 25-minute steam-train ride over a historic narrow-gauge railway thatโs more than 100 years old, and run by enthusiastic volunteers. Join the fun and come along to a SEN ice skate. Everyone can enjoy the ice and can either use traditional skates or twin bladed ice skates for added stability. Carers or accompanying adults can use traditional ice skates or over shoe grippers.
โฟ๏ธ Wheel chairs will be allowed on the ice for our SEN sessions. The music and lights are switched off for these sessions and the capacity is limited.

Special Kinda Madness are back at Bedford Esquires on Sat 6th December 2025 for their annual gig with their classic take on Madness and The Specials.
ABOUT
Here's the lowdown; SPECIAL KINDA MADNESS perform a truly authentic set from each band, combining the phenomenally energetic stage presence of The Specials with the wonderful iconic tunes of the Madness โNutty Boysโ. Playing a set from each band and producing a show that will have the audience up and dancing from the off, Special Kinda Madness will have everyone hankering after that exciting era of 2-Tone and ska.
On 21st July 1979 at the Electric Ballroom in London, the Specials played a gig with Madness, Dexyโs Midnight Runners and Selecter. Thatโs a gig that all 2-Tone rude boys and rude girls would die to see, and thought would never happen. The Specials and Madness on the same bill!
We know it will never happen now โฆ but you can get the next best thing with Special Kinda Madness!
