Signal crayfish are their passion. Licensed trappers since 2004, the crayfish in their paella are the freshest possible and the taste proves it.

🎊 Houghton Regis carnival will be once again filled with lots of entertainment and attractions this 2025. The Houghton Regis Carnival is back — and this year, we're celebrating all things sporty!
