(Whatsup Bedfordshire advice)
The parking is on gravel stones so this maybe hard to navigate a wheelchair. Although it does mention on the website that you can park infront of the Farm Shop which is tarmac ideal for wheelchair users. The farm shop, Steak House & Tea room are accessible. On a winter day you may find the zoo area paths are muddy, with some gravel paths and grass, so it maybe hard to push a wheelchair in places. There is a wooden slat ramp to the Tropical house.

Upon entering the โEnchanted Forestโ youโll be welcomed by a friendly Forest Elf who will guide the way along the magical forest path. As you explore deeper into the wooded glade, youโll be invited to create your own wooden Christmas decoration and pose for a festive photo on the โForest Throneโ.
Taking pride of place up ahead and nestled amongst the trees, Father Christmasโ log cabin will be shining brightly, with the man himself waiting inside to greet you for a one-on-one family meeting.
๐ After sharing your hopes & dreams for this festive season, Father Christmas will reward you with a magical token, to be thrown into the โChristmas Wishing Wellโ along with your BIGGEST wish, before you head out of the โEnchanted Forestโ.
The full activity, including a visit with Father Christmas, will last around 25 minutes in total.

We invite families requiring additional support to book during our first time slots from 10am each Sunday (24th November, 1st / 8th / 15th & 22nd December 24) when the shopping centre is a little quieter and the children can be allowed more time to complete the activity.

Full steam ahead to the Junction Shed to meet Mr P the Station Master. He has just received a delivery of Christmassy letters from Rudolph, one for every child, and your magical reindeer food ready for Christmas Eve. Mr P the Station Master will also help you make your own special wish upon a star.

Conductor, the Elf will then lead the way and give each a child a ticket for Santaโs special Christmas ride.

We also have a delicious Christmas Tea for the little ones which includes finger sandwiches, houmous & crudities, pigs in blankets, mini-Christmas doughnut and fresh fruit. Served with either a juice or milkshake or can be upgraded to a luxury hot chocolate.

If you have access requirements and the day you have purchased for has adverse weather, then please contact us and we will amend your booking for a future date.

Make some magical memories this Christmas as one of Santa's elves greets you as you arrive and then you will walk through different themes, taking in the sights and sounds on the way to the grotto to be greeted by the man himself where children will be able to chat with Santa and receive a present.

Go past Santaโs Workshop and mailroom on the way where presents get wrapped and letters to Santa are sorted through!
2๏ธโฃ MAKE SOME REINDEER FOOD
Stop off at the Reindeer Food Bar to prepare and bag up some reindeer food to take home ready to leave out on Christmas Eve!

Smiley Sam, Santa and their elves are ready to visit a street near you this Christmas! So make sure you listen out for the festive tunes, Christmas cheer and look out for our friendly volunteers.

โฟ๏ธ Wheelchair User access
There is wheelchair access through the front doors of the theatre, and automatic foyer doors. There is level access to the entrance of the Alban Arena via the slope. We do not have automatic doors aside from the entrance.
๐ ฟ๏ธ A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available in the Auditorium. Please speak to a member of box office or email albanarenaticketing@eveyoneactive.com if you require wheelchair spaces as these cannot be booked online. If you have an exceptionally large and/or specialist wheelchair, please contact the venue for guidance on the best seating areas offered.
There are limited blue badge holders parking to the right of the theatre on Civic Close. These cannot be pre-booked. Please get in touch if you have queries regarding this.
โฟ๏ธ Accessible toilets are situated on the ground floor. These are accessed through a radar key. If you do not have a key, please speak to a member of staff.

๐ถ WHAT TO EXPECT
It is that time of year again to celebrate Christmas and what better way to celebrate than coming to dance along to the shows, help us save Christmas from the grinch and have the opportunity to meet our Elf and take selfies.
๐ WHAT TIME? NOT GUARANTEED
The lights will turn on every night with the first show at 5pm, followed by a different show every 15 minutes, the shows will be different each time so come along more than once to see something new and don't forget to look out for our Elf who will be available for photos through out the night.

๐ RAISING MONEY FOR KEECH HOSPICE
We have decided to raise money for an amazing charity, keech hospice, so any donations to this wonderful charity will be greatly appreciated. You can either donate via our just giving page or by brining along some spare change to add to our pot.
