Step through the wardrobe and into the snowy magic of Narnia at Wrest Park this Christmas. Experience the enchantment of C.S. Lewis’ "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" as Wrest Park transforms into a winter wonderland with festive decorations, twinkling lights, and scenes from the beloved story.

Explore the beautifully decorated house, where The White Witch has cast her spell, making it always winter and never Christmas. Journey your way through Narnia, escaping the Witch’s spell and end your adventure in the magical throne room.

Outside, continue into the gardens for an enchanting Narnia-themed trail for families to enjoy, included in the ticket price.

Come and join us in celebrating Christmas with a delicious Afternoon Tea served in the grand dinning room within the main house, including savoury tarts, pigs in blankets, smoked salmon blinis and a selection of sweet treats. Served with tea or coffee or for that extra special indulgence, why not add Prosecco!
We also have a delicious Christmas Tea for the little ones which includes finger sandwiches, houmous & crudities, pigs in blankets, mini-Christmas doughnut and fresh fruit. Served with either a juice or milkshake or can be upgraded to a luxury hot chocolate.

Some of the route may be on uneven terrain or involve steps, but the majority of the trail will be accessible to wheelchairs. The house is not accessible for mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs. There are a number of wheelchairs and mobility scooters available to hire from our reception on: reception.

🧑🎄 WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon entering the ‘Enchanted Forest’ you’ll be welcomed by a friendly Forest Elf who will guide the way along the magical forest path. As you explore deeper into the wooded glade, you’ll be invited to create your own wooden Christmas decoration and pose for a festive photo on the ‘Forest Throne’.
Taking pride of place up ahead and nestled amongst the trees, Father Christmas’ log cabin will be shining brightly, with the man himself waiting inside to greet you for a one-on-one family meeting.
🌠 After sharing your hopes & dreams for this festive season, Father Christmas will reward you with a magical token, to be thrown into the ‘Christmas Wishing Well’ along with your BIGGEST wish, before you head out of the ‘Enchanted Forest’.
The full activity, including a visit with Father Christmas, will last around 25 minutes in total.
😌 QUIETER SESSIONS:
We invite families requiring additional support to book during our first time slots from 10am each Sunday (24th November, 1st / 8th / 15th & 22nd December 24) when the shopping centre is a little quieter and the children can be allowed more time to complete the activity.

First stop is a visit to Buffer and Stoker in their Engine Shed. These clever Elves will help you design your own Santa Express decoration to take home with you whilst entertaining you with jokes and fun.
🦌MAGICAL REINDEER FOOD
Full steam ahead to the Junction Shed to meet Mr P the Station Master. He has just received a delivery of Christmassy letters from Rudolph, one for every child, and your magical reindeer food ready for Christmas Eve. Mr P the Station Master will also help you make your own special wish upon a star.
🚂CHRISTMAS RIDE
Conductor, the Elf will then lead the way and give each a child a ticket for Santa’s special Christmas ride.

On a winter day you may find the zoo area paths are muddy, with some gravel paths and grass, so it maybe hard to push a wheelchair in places. There is a wooden slat ramp to the Tropical house.

There is however uneven ground and no hard standing in the woodland areas. If it rains, it may get muddy, and access may be difficult in this area. Four-wheel drive buggies are advisable. If you have access requirements and the day you have purchased for has adverse weather, then please contact us and we will amend your booking for a future date.
The food village will be accessible as well as wheelchair user friendly. Disabled parking is free and toilet facilities are available.

♿️ Wheelchair User access
There is wheelchair access through the front doors of the theatre, and automatic foyer doors. There is level access to the entrance of the Alban Arena via the slope. We do not have automatic doors aside from the entrance.
🅿️ A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available in the Auditorium. Please speak to a member of box office or email albanarenaticketing@eveyoneactive.com if you require wheelchair spaces as these cannot be booked online. If you have an exceptionally large and/or specialist wheelchair, please contact the venue for guidance on the best seating areas offered.
There are limited blue badge holders parking to the right of the theatre on Civic Close. These cannot be pre-booked. Please get in touch if you have queries regarding this.
♿️ Accessible toilets are situated on the ground floor. These are accessed through a radar key. If you do not have a key, please speak to a member of staff.

🎄Welcome to the Harris Christmas Light Show 2024 in St Nicholas Close, Flitwick.
🎶 WHAT TO EXPECT
It is that time of year again to celebrate Christmas and what better way to celebrate than coming to dance along to the shows, help us save Christmas from the grinch and have the opportunity to meet our Elf and take selfies.
🕔 WHAT TIME? NOT GUARANTEED
The lights will turn on every night with the first show at 5pm, followed by a different show every 15 minutes, the shows will be different each time so come along more than once to see something new and don't forget to look out for our Elf who will be available for photos through out the night.

🌟 RAISING MONEY FOR KEECH HOSPICE
We have decided to raise money for an amazing charity, keech hospice, so any donations to this wonderful charity will be greatly appreciated. You can either donate via our just giving page or by brining along some spare change to add to our pot.
