First stop is a visit to Buffer and Stoker in their Engine Shed. These clever Elves will help you design your own Santa Express decoration to take home with you whilst entertaining you with jokes and fun.
๐ฆMAGICAL REINDEER FOOD
Full steam ahead to the Junction Shed to meet Mr P the Station Master. He has just received a delivery of Christmassy letters from Rudolph, one for every child, and your magical reindeer food ready for Christmas Eve. Mr P the Station Master will also help you make your own special wish upon a star.
๐CHRISTMAS RIDE
Conductor, the Elf will then lead the way and give each a child a ticket for Santaโs special Christmas ride.
๐ MEET SANTA
At the end of the Station you will find Santa and Mrs Claus in their cosy sitting room, where Santa will have a story for you and a present for each child, enjoy your own special time with him and there will be the opportunity for you to take that memorable photograph.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
This is a group event that will start at 5.30 pm which will last around 1 hour.
๐ช Children will start the evening doing some Christmas crafts- decorating their own gingerbread biscuit to take home and making magical reindeer food for them to sprinkle on Christmas Eve (wildlife friendly we hasten to add!)
๐ Then itโs time to gather round with the big man himself, whilst he tells the children all about what he and the elves have been up to at the North Pole and finishes by reading a lovely Christmas story.
๐ธ There will be photo opportunities to snap a picture of your child with Santa.
๐ Upon leaving they will receive an age appropriate gift that will be personally labelled for them along with the biscuit and reindeer food they made earlier.

We will be staying open until 7.30pm youโd like to stay a while after. We will have Christmas themed colouring sheets and pencils that the children can help themselves too.

You will find an outdoor play area with a climing frame, swings, slide and bouncers. You will also find a tranquil circular woodland walk. Keep a look out for Peacocks roaming around near the Steak House!

The parking is on gravel stones so this maybe hard to navigate a wheelchair. Although it does mention on the website that you can park infront of the Farm Shop which is tarmac ideal for wheelchair users. The farm shop, Steak House & Tea room are accessible. On a winter day you may find the zoo area paths are muddy, with some gravel paths and grass, so it maybe hard to push a wheelchair in places. There is a wooden slat ramp to the Tropical house.
