There are three floors to view. We recommend the minimum time would be 15 minutes for each floor. There is a lift in the mill which allows full access to all three floors, there is also a toilet, for disabled visitors.
🌳 THE NATURE RESERVE
The Nature Reserve is open all year round, except 10th-11th May and 4th-5th October 2025. A circular walk takes around 45 minutes.

With the exception of guide dogs, we do not allow dogs in the mill. We welcome well behaved dogs in the Nature Reserve and ask that they be kept on leads at all times – many animals and birds breed or feed on the reserve, at or near ground level at all seasons of the year.

Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our Disc & Football Golf course! You will need to throw your disc into the basket or football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course! Your round should take around 1 hour to complete. Most crops are grown in ridges or beds, like Strawberries for example, so it would not be possible to get into the middle of the block but you can pick along the edges. When it has been raining it can get very muddy and our soil is sticky and can clog wheels quite quickly.
