New for 2025 is Angie the Ankylosaurus, plus, we'll have a whole host of other dinosaurs, which we will confirm nearer the time, but in the past we've had a T-Rex, Triceratops, Brontosaurus, Spinosaurus, Velociraptor and a selection of baby dinosaurs!
They will be appearing on the grass outside the visitor centre throughout the day, offering visitors the chance to meet these amazing animals up close.

New for 2025 is Angie the Ankylosaurus, plus, we'll have a whole host of other dinosaurs, which we will confirm nearer the time, but in the past we've had a T-Rex, Triceratops, Brontosaurus, Spinosaurus, Velociraptor and a selection of baby dinosaurs!
They will be appearing on the grass outside the visitor centre throughout the day, offering visitors the chance to meet these amazing animals up close.

Your ticket also includes access around the whole 25-acre site of our heritage railway meaning you can enjoy unlimited passenger train rides behind a full-size steam locomotive, plus, visit the railway museum, visitor centre with gift shop and cafรฉ, enjoy the model railway, miniature train rides and admire all the exhibits around the site, from the great steam locomotives on display outside or in the sheds, to railway buildings, carriages and wagons from various eras all across the site.

๐ Ickwell May Day Festival is an annual celebration on the first May bank holiday. Dancers process from Northill to Ickwell to the Maypole where the May Queen crowned. This is followed by traditional country dancing by children and adults from the parish. A selection of stalls, refreshments and entertainments are available.

Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our Disc & Football Golf course! You will need to throw your disc into the basket or football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course! Your round should take around 1 hour to complete. The one who takes the least goes is the winner!

Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session start time & collect your wristband from our Activities Reception before heading over to our Disc Golf course.
