🗺 Where can I get my trail sheets from?
Trail sheets are available from the Welcome Pavilion or Visitor Information. The trail runs from 10am – 4pm, last trail entry is 3.30pm and prizes are available to collect until 4pm.

Visit the Skull Shack (also known as the Conservation Hub), where skeletons are hard at work and mysterious boxes are waiting to be uncovered… Can you guess what’s inside?
You’ll also have the chance to meet some creepy crawlies and learn about the different species that live in and around Waddesdon, as well as using a microscope to see the beauty of nature.
🎃 Pick a Pumpkin
Pumpkins are available outside the Skull Shack from Oct 22, 2025 while supplies last. Grown at the gardens at Eythrope, they’re perfect for carving or decorating. Suggested donation: 50p for small pumpkins or £1 for large pumpkins.

🐷 PIG FEEDING:

Venture deep into the Haunted Forest, where things go bump in the night (and day)! As you walk through the eerie woods, discover bewitching creatures, magical scenes, and ghostly surprises. Created from recycled materials by one of our talented Park and Gardens Team, this year’s forest is spookier than ever before.

Are you brave enough to face the Haunted Forest after dark? Put your wellies on and find out in our spookier late sessions. From 5pm until 7pm (last entry 6pm). The Haunted Forest is included with your Hatfield Park ticket and will be open throughout Witches & Wizards Week.
📽 Spooky Cinema Club
From Monday 27th October to Friday 31st October, enjoy frightening, family-friendly favourites including Goosebumps (2015) on 27th October, The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) on 28th October, Coraline (2009) on 29th October, Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971) on 30th October, and ParaNorman (2012) on 31st October.
Each film will be screened at 12pm and 3pm.

🧹 Witches & Wizards Broomstick-Crafting Workshop
Step into the spellbinding world of broomstick-crafting! From Saturday 25th October to Sunday 2nd November Witches and Wizards of all ages are invited to take flight in this hands-on workshop. Step into the Motor House and craft magical creations from wooden sticks and string—no wand required. Whether you’re a seasoned sorcerer or just starting out, this workshop promises a bewitching blend of creativity and wicked fun.
The workshop runs from 11am – 4pm.
Each Witches & Wizards Week ticket includes access to one workshop. To attend a second workshop, a separate Workshop Only ticket must be purchased.
👑 Wicked Old Palace Tours
From Saturday 25th October to Sunday 2nd November, uncover spine-tingling tales of Henry VIII and the chilling fate of his many wives in this hauntingly fun, family-friendly tour of Queen Elizabeth I’s childhood home.
Tours will take place at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
There will be an £8 supplementary charge for Wicked Old Palace Tours, payable at the Ticket Kiosk on the day.
