🚣♀️ Riverfest is back for another year! This is a FREE, family friendly, one day event based around the River Great Ouse. It combines a Duck Race, an amateur Raft Race, plus craft, food and drink stalls and live bands.
🎠 WHAT TO EXPECT
While you wait for the rafts to arrive at the swimming steps, there's lots to do. We'll have food, charity, craft stalls, children's fairground rides and, of course, don't forget the bars. Why not take a day off from the hassle of bringing along a picnic? We have catered for a wide range of tastes, with a fantastic array of food outlet stalls.
Come and browse our great selection of craft stalls. Why not treat yourself or find a gift for someone special, something unique is waiting for you. Don't forget that our local charities will be there fundraising and have advice on hand. And, in the marquee, you'll find the band stage featuring live music.

At Hammer Hill you will have the option of taking a ride on two more of our railways - The Springfield Line from platform 2 and The Winterfield Line from platform 3 - tickets for both are sold at Hammer Hill.

🚣♀️ Riverfest is back for another year! This is a FREE, family friendly, one day event based around the River Great Ouse. It combines a Duck Race, an amateur Raft Race, plus craft, food and drink stalls and live bands.

While you wait for the rafts to arrive at the swimming steps, there's lots to do. We'll have food, charity, craft stalls, children's fairground rides and, of course, don't forget the bars. Why not take a day off from the hassle of bringing along a picnic? We have catered for a wide range of tastes, with a fantastic array of food outlet stalls.
Come and browse our great selection of craft stalls. Why not treat yourself or find a gift for someone special, something unique is waiting for you. ⛪️ The De Grey Mausoleum is attached to the mid-15th-century parish church of St John at Flitton, Bedfordshire. It was first built in the early 17th century, before being expanded in 1704.The mausoleum contains a remarkable collection of funerary monuments spanning three centuries.

🚘 Pulloxhill Car Boot Sale is held on two 8 acre fields - one for parking and the other for sellers. Our fields are flat and well maintained, so they are very disabled-friendly for parking and amenities such as portable toilets.

🚘 Redbourn car boot sale is located at the Herts Showground on most Sundays & now also Bank holiday Mondays from first Sunday in April until last Sunday in October 2025 (no sales Sunday or bank holiday Monday end of May when Herts show is on). The car boot closes at 2pm.

Please bring your own packaging if you can or bring some change to buy some of ours. We recommend punnets for fruit so they don't get bruised and bags for vegetables, you will need a separate item for each different fruit or veg.
The prices are at the entrance and any member of family or staff can help you roughly work out how much your pick will be.

We do not allow picnics or BBQ’s anywhere on site. We have many beautiful sites to go to nearby, please ask any member of the family or staff for directions.

We have portable toilets, including one which is wider access with a flush threshold and hand rails.
♿️ ACCESSIBILITY
When the weather is good the ground, although a little uneven in places, is suitable for using a pushchair, wheelchair or disability buggy with someone accompanying. The Pick Your Own fields have grass tracks around the edges and between the blocks of crops which you can easily travel along.
Most crops are grown in ridges or beds, like Strawberries for example, so it would not be possible to get into the middle of the block but you can pick along the edges. When it has been raining it can get very muddy and our soil is sticky and can clog wheels quite quickly.
