🎄 PUT YOUR BAUBLE ON THE TREE
This Christmas 2024 just decorate your own bauble to sparkle on the Market Square tree for £1. Every £1 goes to the Mayor’s charities. You can get one from the Biggleswade Town Council Office but these are limited.

🧑‍🎄 Christmas officially begins in Dunstable on Friday 29 November when the annual Torchlight Procession brings everyone together to enjoy the festive activities!

🎼 WHAT'S ON?
 Join us on The Square from 7 pm with the school choirs of Dunstable to sing carols, meet Father Christmas and turn on the Christmas Tree lights.

⚡️LIGHT SHOW FINALE
There will also be a fantastic light show finale alongside an array of food and drink stalls down Middle Row.

On Friday evening the festive market featuring handmade crafts and gifts, funfair and a stage programme packed full of local acts and performances provided something for everyone before and after the switch on ceremony and fireworks display. The festive food-court in Church Square included freshly made hot street food, perfect for a winter evening!

🎅 SATURDAY EVENT DETAILS

Santa Dash/Market/Perfomers
On Saturday, the Leighton Fun Runners Santa Dash took place from Parson’s Close Recreation Ground with hundreds of Santa’s dashing through the streets of Leighton-Linslade. Our festive markets continued with the Charter Market taking place alongside the Handmade and Craft Market who were joined by Sparky The Robot and local performing groups brining some festive cheer to the High Street.

On the Sunday the festive shopping opportunities were back on the high street, perfect for those looking a unique gift for that loved one. There were also performances from Wendy Sings & LSJ Trio, while Sami Sleigh, Lairy Fairy & The Christmas Puddings alongside some naughty sofa driving Santa’s who filled the market with the sounds of laughter, mischief and mayhem.
