📖 IMMERSIVE ADVENTURE
Families are welcomed into Santa’s wondrous reindeer stable, where they can experience the story of Santa’s newest reindeer, Norbert, in a heartwarming, immersive adventure.
Norbert’s story is one of courage, kindness, and the joy of embracing our differences.

☃️ Seating up to 8 people, this virtual reality experience offers a perfect family attraction during the festive period! Once aboard, you’ll be seamlessly transported into the virtual bay using our HD VR headsets. The sleigh’s movements have been specially designed to mirror those of the full 360 degree experience and along with surround sound, you will embark on a fully immersive ride and a truly festive feast for the eyes!

There is wheelchair access through the front doors of the theatre, and automatic foyer doors. There is level access to the entrance of the Alban Arena via the slope. We do not have automatic doors aside from the entrance.

Please speak to a member of box office or email albanarenaticketing@eveyoneactive.com if you require wheelchair spaces as these cannot be booked online. If you have an exceptionally large and/or specialist wheelchair, please contact the venue for guidance on the best seating areas offered.
