One of the most influential and pioneering American bands of the past 30 years, since forming in 1989 Mercury Rev have released a succession of brilliantly innovative albums from the chaos of 1991 ‘Yerself is Steam’ to the shimmering psychedelia of 2024’s ‘Born Horses’. However, Mercury Rev are arguably best known for their 1998 masterpiece ‘Deserter Songs’. There has been a Watermill on the site since 1086 as the Watermill is mentioned in the Domesday book and it is one of the oldest overshot Watermills in the country.
Over the last few years, it has been lovingly restored and is now home to over 20 unique and individual shops as well as the Mill House Restaurant, Tea Room & Cafe, an antique centre, Miller’s Shopping Arcade and a soft play area for the children.

Come and build sandcastles on the beach, enjoy time on the pedal boats then bounce away on the 4 bouncy castles including the popular assault course. Come and enjoy some fun in the sun!
