Start your journey with our family-friendly pantomime, Aladdin, in our festive Visitor Centre. Enjoy your performance and then make your way to the Booking Hall to board the steam train. After the train ride, your adventure continues to the museum where you will be magically transported to Santaโs workshop to meet Mrs Claus and the elves, and your child can exchange their golden ticket for a gift of their choice.

When booking GOLD tickets, you are booking a private First-Class compartment, for up to six people. These are sold as a whole compartment price. These are our most popular seats! Our GOLD ticket holders enjoy the larger and plusher seats of their First-Class compartment, plus reserved seating on the 2 front rows at the pantomime. Maximum booking is for 6 people (babies under 12 months can be added on top as they do not need a seat). If you have less than 6 people you can still book a private compartment, but the price will be for 6 people.)

When booking SILVER tickets, you are booking a private Standard compartment for up to 8 people. (Minimum booking 6 people, but if you have less than 6 people in your party, you can still book a private compartment, but the price will be for 6 people.)

There are two ticket types available; โFamilyโ and open โGroupโ sessions. You can request a Quiet Session on any ticket type at the time of booking. You can book tickets via the event link. Tickets must be made in advance.

Looking forward to seeing you all from 1st of December 2025. The lights will run every night up untill 25th December 2025, from 5pm - 8pm. You may even see the elf coming to say hello and to have a dance with you in the snow between 5pm - 6pm!

This year we have doubled the light trail from 500 metres to one kilometre, with over 20 light creations and a custom-made soundtrack.

We have interactive light installations, shimmering disks reflecting the sky, bouncing psychelic colours, colourful animations and sparkly mirrors.
