The zoo proudly house's over 100 fascinating animals, from majestic African Lions to delightful sloth bears, a racoon dog, skunk, otters, a bob cat, wallabies, rabbits, meerkats and many more.

Inside the warm Tropical house you will find crocodiles, turtles, fish & snakes surrounded by palm trees.

🛝 FUN FOR THE KIDS
You will find an outdoor play area with a climing frame, swings, slide and bouncers. You will also find a tranquil circular woodland walk. Keep a look out for Peacocks roaming around near the Steak House!

The parking is on gravel stones so this maybe hard to navigate a wheelchair. Although it does mention on the website that you can park infront of the Farm Shop which is tarmac ideal for wheelchair users. The farm shop, Steak House & Tea room are accessible. On a winter day you may find the zoo area paths are muddy, with some gravel paths and grass, so it maybe hard to push a wheelchair in places. There is a wooden slat ramp to the Tropical house.

They have a large children’s adventure play area including a zip wire and a haystack. The play area is overlooked from the cafe so you can keep an eye on your little or not so little ones!

It is FREE entry, you can pick your own strawberries at a cost (currently not ready for fruit picking) with other activities for children and the family to enjoy. Set in the beautiful surrounding countryside. A great family fun, memorable day out for all and not far from Bedfordshire! Plus they have a car boot sale on Saturday's.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but you have to keep them on leads and out of the polytunnels.

The play area and sand pit is FREE to use. Fantastic!
They have a large children’s adventure play area including a zip wire and a haystack. The play area is overlooked from the cafe so you can keep an eye on your little or not so little ones!

We are located in Wardown Park at the boat house opposite the cafe and the children's play area on Wardown Lake.

Opening hours are from 11am to 6pm every weekend and school holiday, weather permitting!

(Children under the age of 12 months are not permitted)
The above prices are for a 30 minute boat hire. You are welcome to hire for longer if you prefer. Our pedalo hire is the perfect option for a family looking for things to do in Luton.

It's the perfect way to spend quality time with your friends & family and enjoy the great outdoors - or simply come down to practice your skills & beat your course best! Open from March to December - it's fantastic FUN for all ages!
Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our Disc & Football Golf course! You will need to throw your disc into the basket or football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course! Your round should take around 1 hour to complete. The one who takes the least goes is the winner!

⏳️HOW MANY TIME SLOTS DO I NEED?
Each time-slot takes up to 4ppl max. teeing off every 10 minutes - so if you have a group of 8ppl you'll need to book 2 consecutive slots!
🕙 ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR
Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session start time & collect your wristband from our Activities Reception before heading over to our Disc Golf course.
