The event is free (we do not charge an admission fee), and this is where we need your help. It is entirely funded through sponsorship, donations on the night via the bucket collectors, and the sale of raffle tickets. This money enables us to cover our costs and then enables us to be able to put the event on again the next year. Please look out for the bucket collectors on the night and the marques where raffle tickets will be sold. If you don't see anyone on the night - don't worry - you can still donate via our Just Giving page.

We are always looking for volunteers over the weekend, so if you have an hour or two to spare please sign up here https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4FA8AB29ABFDC25-55375346-redbourn#/

If you have friends joining you from outside the area, please ensure they are aware and either come earlier, or find an alternative route.

For public safety reasons, for those in roads affected we advise that if you need to go out or return between these times (or have visitors) then you move your car to a side street.

We look forward to seeing you at what promises to be another good display.

Roads marked in red on the map around Redbourn Common will be closed between 6-8pm with access only for emergency vehicles for the duration of the closure. Blue dotted lines denotes the diversion.
