(Whatsup Bedfordshire advice)
The parking is on gravel stones so this maybe hard to navigate a wheelchair. Although it does mention on the website that you can park infront of the Farm Shop which is tarmac ideal for wheelchair users. The farm shop, Steak House & Tea room are accessible. On a winter day you may find the zoo area paths are muddy, with some gravel paths and grass, so it maybe hard to push a wheelchair in places. There is a wooden slat ramp to the Tropical house.

Drop-in activities in the Visitor Centre all half term week. We have three bird-themed, self-led activities for to to choose from this February half-term. Available everyday of the school holidays, just ask a member of the team to get your set up once you arrive!

Trail packs cost ยฃ3.50 and include a reward at the end.Suitable for all ages, allow around 45 minutes โ 1 hour, for an avian adventure around Solstice Lake, with a clue to solve at each stop.
No booking necessary โ just purchase your trail leaflet from the Visitor Centre. (during opening hours).
We recommend completing the trail between 9.30am โ 3pm (allowing a lap of the lake in shorter daylight hours).
