The parking is on gravel stones so this maybe hard to navigate a wheelchair. Although it does mention on the website that you can park infront of the Farm Shop which is tarmac ideal for wheelchair users. The farm shop, Steak House & Tea room are accessible. On a winter day you may find the zoo area paths are muddy, with some gravel paths and grass, so it maybe hard to push a wheelchair in places. There is a wooden slat ramp to the Tropical house.

One snowy night the park animals each chose one of our wooden fairy doors to be their new, cosy home.
Take a walk in Parson’s Close Rec this half-term holiday and see if you can find them all. Look out for hedgehog, fox, rabbit, badger, duck, mouse, squirrel, owl, mole and robin.

This is a charming woodland garden with mass plantings of snowdrops and early spring bulbs. Maintained by ‘The Friends of the Garden’, who are the recipients of the prestigious Kings Voluntary Service Award.
A small woodland garden of about 1½ acres created by plantsman, the late William Nourish. Trees, shrubs, bulbs and many interesting collections throughout the year. Since 1987, the garden has been maintained by ‘The Friends of the Garden’ on behalf of Ampthill Town Council. Charming woodland garden with mass plantings of snowdrops and early spring bulbs. With beautiful autumn colours in October.
