Bring your four-legged family member on a Christmas Tails date:

Pet dogs can enter the event and Light Trail free of charge on these dates. A separate Christmas Tails dog ticket is required for a visit to Father Christmas and includes an exclusive dog gift.

Experiences are separately ticketed, and each ticket includes village access and free parking. These prices include booking fees and vary by date and session. Skating is for ages 3 and over; adult-supervision rules apply. You can purchase tickets via the event link.

🌳 Wellbeing Health Walk at Harrold Odell Country Park 2026
Time: 10:30 - 11:30
They start at 10:30am, meeting at the woodland entrance of the Dragonfly Café and last about an hour. Each walk is led by a trained leader.
The walks are usually within the Country Park, occasionally in Harrold village, with an annual bluebell walk in nearby woods (conditions permitting). Café and toilets available, parking free (but a donation is suggested – goes to the upkeep of the Park). There are no stiles but it may occasionally be slightly muddy.

☃️ EVENT DETAILS
The premium grotto event takes children on a thrilling Christmas journey through three different winter wonderland rooms to meet Santa and his elves.
First stop is the North Pole where Reindeer Ronnie will help little ones make reindeer food for Christmas Eve. The elves will join in the fun with a special festive dance and sing-a-long.
Then it’s time to step through the curtains into Santa’s Grotto to share Christmas wish lists and capture the moment with a keepsake photograph. Each child then has the chance to choose their own gift from the Present Room which is brimming with toys for all ages.
The adventure then moves into Mrs Christmas’ Kitchen where children can decorate their own gingerbread house cookie to take home with them.
🧑🎄 SEN SANTA GROTTO EXPERIENCE
To help make our Grotto experience as accessible as possible to any families who may require any additional support, we are offering an exclusive SEN session.
This session will be the same unique Grotto experience you would expect from Frosts, with some small adaptations in the way of smaller groups of people, reduced lighting and sound and less display furniture making it easily accessible for all.
