From classic countryside creations to clever themed displays, this much-loved Bedfordshire festival is a great excuse to explore the town and see what amazing ideas local residents, groups and businesses come up with this year.
Expect a fun scarecrow trail around Shefford, perfect for families, friends and anyone who loves a community event with plenty of local charm. Whether you’re taking part or simply following the trail, it’s a lovely way to spend a few hours discovering all the fantastic handmade entries.

💛 SUPPORTING A LOCAL CAUSE
All registration money raised will be donated to a local cause or charity. Suggestions will be invited from the local community, and everyone taking part in the trail will be asked to vote for the winning cause.
