Whether you've visited us before or are discovering us for the first time, everyone is welcome to explore our peaceful gardens, meet our friendly volunteers, and see how therapeutic gardening is making a difference in our community.

This action-packed FREE family event is a chance to take part in something truly special and is ideal for all ages. Watch teams race their hand-built karts down our 100-metre custom track, all hoping to cross the finish line in record time. For instance every year a husband and wife raise money for a special school to have an outing and any money left over is used towards much-needed equipment. Since its launch at Sudeley Castle in 2019, the festival has grown in popularity, drawing visitors of all ages from across the UK and overseas. In 2026, Hatfield Park will host this much-loved event for the first time.
This year’s festival will include three live music stages, with The Film Orchestra delivering a spectacular performance of iconic scores from fantasy and sci-fi films and games, alongside sets from Deloraine and Prima Nocta.

This action-packed FREE family event is a chance to take part in something truly special and is ideal for all ages. Watch teams race their hand-built karts down our 100-metre custom track, all hoping to cross the finish line in record time. Each kart will be unique, with designs as wild and wonderful as the teams behind them– so there’s plenty to cheer! Don’t worry about missing any of the action, a giant screen will show the races live throughout the day, so you can sit back and enjoy the show.
