Join our resident lifeguards for two hours' worth of fun and games on our fully covered beach, with a play area suitable for toddlers.
With plenty of seating for the grown-ups to relax, enjoy food and drink whilst the little ones play. This is the perfect summer treat for everyone!

🚣♂️ Wardown Leisure Boating provides a great day out for the whole family in Luton. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake, with the overhanging willow trees, the island for waterfowl, and the beautifully restored suspension pedestrian bridge, among the many wonderful things to see.

Enjoy the 16 super soaking water features ranging from gentle mists, spray arches and tipping buckets to spray shooter cannons. The Splash Park is designed to be enjoyed by children of all ages from 2 years to 10 years.
Those who are older are asked to act responsibly for the safety of all.
Please note, the Splash Park will have 10 minute intervals where the water will stop to ensure water safety quality checks, why not take this opportunity to refresh at the Splashside Cafe.
