The parking is on gravel stones so this maybe hard to navigate a wheelchair. Although it does mention on the website that you can park infront of the Farm Shop which is tarmac ideal for wheelchair users. The farm shop, Steak House & Tea room are accessible. On a winter day you may find the zoo area paths are muddy, with some gravel paths and grass, so it maybe hard to push a wheelchair in places. There is a wooden slat ramp to the Tropical house.

Trail packs cost £3.50 and include a reward at the end.Suitable for all ages, allow around 45 minutes – 1 hour, for an avian adventure around Solstice Lake, with a clue to solve at each stop.

We recommend completing the trail between 9.30am – 3pm (allowing a lap of the lake in shorter daylight hours).

Watch our new-born lambs take their very first steps in our undercover Lambing Barn and keep an eye out on our expectant ewes, as were expecting over 250 lambs to be born, so you may even be lucky enough to see a little lamb being born.
