🌳 Wellbeing Health Walk at Harrold Odell Country Park 2026

🌳 Guided health walks take place fortnightly on Thursdays at Harrold Odell Country Park. Free!
They start at 10:30am, meeting at the woodland entrance of the Dragonfly Café and last about an hour. Each walk is led by a trained leader.
The walks are usually within the Country Park, occasionally in Harrold village, with an annual bluebell walk in nearby woods (conditions permitting). Café and toilets available, parking free (but a donation is suggested – goes to the upkeep of the Park). There are no stiles but it may occasionally be slightly muddy.
👩⚕️ BENEFITS
Walking regularly can help reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes and depression. Why not come and try it for yourself?
