Reclaim Life are a local mental wellbeing charity offering therapeutic life coaching using the Human Givens approach to promoting emotional wellbeing. Their volunteer therapeutic life coaches offer practical help to the local community, across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas, giving practical help that deals with you mental and emotional distress in the here and now.
