🚣‍♀️ Olney Riverfest 2025 at The Recreation Ground

🚣‍♀️ Riverfest is back for another year! This is a FREE, family friendly, one day event based around the River Great Ouse. It combines a Duck Race, an amateur Raft Race, plus craft, food and drink stalls and live bands.

🎠 WHAT TO EXPECT

While you wait for the rafts to arrive at the swimming steps, there's lots to do. We'll have food, charity, craft stalls, children's fairground rides and, of course, don't forget the bars. Why not take a day off from the hassle of bringing along a picnic? We have catered for a wide range of tastes, with a fantastic array of food outlet stalls.

Come and browse our great selection of craft stalls. Why not treat yourself or find a gift for someone special, something unique is waiting for you.  Don't forget that our local charities will be there fundraising and have advice on hand. And, in the marquee, you'll find the band stage featuring live music.

This year’s Proms show will feature the renowned London Gala Orchestra and the Bedford Choral Society, which organisers say promises an enchanting music programme filled with popular classical pieces, alongside the rousing traditional Proms favourites to close the show.

🎊 Todd in the Hole was born out of our love for the Hertfordshire countryside, good food, country shows and rockin’ live music. Our festival is more than a music festival, it’s a family friendly, food and drink extravaganza.

The location is in a gorgeous rural setting in-between Hitchin & Stevenage. The festival ground is easily accessible by road and from Hitchin / Stevenage Rail Station.

We will be operating free shuttle services to and from Stevenage Train Station Leisure Park and Hitchin St Mary's Square - on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the following times:
▪️Friday 5.00pm - 2.00am
▪️Saturday 10.30am - 2.00am
▪️Sunday 10.30am - 11.00pm

This is on a first come, first served service.
You cannot pre-book the shuttle.
The shuttle will run back and forwards between the station and festival site all day with no set timetable.
Please expect queues at busy times of the day.
