Chairs, wind breaks and tents are not allowed. Seating will be available around the festival.
As this is a food festival, food and drinks brought from outside the festival will not be permitted, with the exception of baby food and water.
Due to the nature of the event, we unfortunately cannot allow pets - only assistance dogs are welcome.

Departing from: Priory Marina at 2.00pm for a 2-hour cruise to Queens Bridge Kempston before returning back to Priory Marina.

Parking is available at Beefeater/ Premier Inn public car park (after turning off Barkers Lane at the Priory Country Park sign, turn immediate right follow the signs for Beefeater / Premier Inn Public Car Park). ⛪️ The De Grey Mausoleum is attached to the mid-15th-century parish church of St John at Flitton, Bedfordshire. It was first built in the early 17th century, before being expanded in 1704.The mausoleum contains a remarkable collection of funerary monuments spanning three centuries.

On your walk, discover hidden gems such as the Veteran Lime Tree, Doric Seat and Ha-ha, which survive from the 18th century English Landscape Garden design of the park and have been recently revealed, revived and restored as part of our National Lottery Heritage Fund project.

🛍 Welcoming vintage and retro sellers to our specialty market area at the top of the High Street, the vintage sellers will be offering a range in vintage and retro clothing, household goods, accessories, gift items and collectables from the mid-century onwards.
Now in it's third year, the Vintage Market is all about championing the best from eras gone by, whilst being sustainable, eco friendly and playful.

Bradwell Mill Opening Day - Free Entry

Bradwell Mill is a Grade II listed landmark and is open to the public on selected days throughout the year, when the mill can be seen in action.
It is a rare opportunity to better understand what life was like as a miller – complete with all the associated smells, noise and dust!

⭐️ The mill is a working machine not just a building. Care should be taken when moving around the premises as some surfaces are greasy and some have a risk of splinters.
⭐️ There are low beams and trip hazards along with steep, narrow stairs.
⭐️ Only a limited number of people can access the upstairs at a time – so you may have to wait.
⭐️ Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
⭐️ There are no toilet facilities available.

Admission is free but donations towards the upkeep are very much welcome.
