🚂 The Bedfordshire Steam & Country Fayre returns to the beautiful Old Warden Park for a brilliant family day out in one of Bedfordshire’s most iconic settings.

Set against the backdrop of the Victorian Shuttleworth House, this much-loved event brings the sights, sounds and atmosphere of country life at the turn of the 20th century back to life.

Organised by the Bedford Steam Engine Preservation Society and attracting more than 15,000 visitors each year, it’s a fantastic chance to see steam in its heyday across the stunning 400-acre estate.

The Steam Apprentice Club will be attending across the weekend, giving youngsters the chance to get hands-on with real steam engines alongside trained and fully insured staff.

As the sun sets, the vintage steam fair comes to life with bands in the entertainment tents, glowing fairground lights and a magnificent line-up of showman’s engines powering the rides. It’s an atmosphere you won’t want to miss.
