β¨οΈ Prepare Reindeer Food: In the Magic Stables, Drifter is preparing Rudolph and his friendsβ favourite food. Here the children can fill their own bag of special magic food to take home.
β¨οΈ Make a wish: Now for that very special moment when you make a wish on Santaβs Wishing Stars β ssshhh donβt tell anyone!!
β¨οΈ Meet Santa & Mrs Claus: If thatβs not enough fun, Mrs Claus will invite you into their cozy sitting room to meet Santa himself for a festive story, a present for each child and individual time with him and the opportunity to take that personal photograph of all the family.

Start your journey with our family-friendly pantomime, Aladdin, in our festive Visitor Centre. Enjoy your performance and then make your way to the Booking Hall to board the steam train. You will be shown to your compartment and visited by Father Christmas, where each child will be given a special golden ticket.

After the train ride, your adventure continues to the museum where you will be magically transported to Santaβs workshop to meet Mrs Claus and the elves, and your child can exchange their golden ticket for a gift of their choice.
