🌳 Learn about the ancient origins of the park all the way up to the modern era. On your walk, discover hidden gems such as the Veteran Lime Tree, Doric Seat and Ha-ha, which survive from the 18th century English Landscape Garden design of the park and have been recently revealed, revived and restored as part of our National Lottery Heritage Fund project.
😍 FREE: This walk is free but donations to the Friends of Great Linford Manor Park are welcome. No booking is required, just turn up and enjoy!

🚣♂️ Wardown Leisure Boating provides a great day out for the whole family in Luton. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake, with the overhanging willow trees, the island for waterfowl, and the beautifully restored suspension pedestrian bridge, among the many wonderful things to see.

🔎 Following your success at the Dunstable Downs Spring Tournament, it’s time to train for the next challenge - facing mythical creatures on an exciting adventure! To be ready for the quest in October, this May half-term, you’ll need to sharpen your map reading skills and familiarise yourself with the creatures and tools you’ll encounter along the way.

4️⃣ Record your findings in your creature catalogue to complete your training
5️⃣ Once you’ve completed your catalogue, return to the Visitor Hub to claim your prize.

Whatsup Bedfordshire bought a kite from Poundstretcher in Houghton Regis for only £1.99. We had so much fun which extended our day. Another idea on a nice day for is we brought a canvas and paints from the Works in Dunstable and painted the Downs (well tried to 😂), costing around £6. Don't forget to bring a picnic too!

🔎 Following your success at the Dunstable Downs Spring Tournament, it’s time to train for the next challenge - facing mythical creatures on an exciting adventure! To be ready for the quest in October, this May half-term, you’ll need to sharpen your map reading skills and familiarise yourself with the creatures and tools you’ll encounter along the way.

Another idea on a nice day for is we brought a canvas and paints from the Works in Dunstable and painted the Downs (well tried to 😂), costing around £6. Don't forget to bring a picnic too!

Enjoy the 16 super soaking water features ranging from gentle mists, spray arches and tipping buckets to spray shooter cannons. The Splash Park is designed to be enjoyed by children of all ages from 2 years to 10 years.
Those who are older are asked to act responsibly for the safety of all.
Please note, the Splash Park will have 10 minute intervals where the water will stop to ensure water safety quality checks, why not take this opportunity to refresh at the Splashside Cafe.

It's the perfect way to spend quality time with your friends & family and enjoy the great outdoors - or simply come down to practice your skills & beat your course best! Open from March to December - it's fantastic FUN for all ages!
Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our Disc & Football Golf course! You will need to throw your disc into the basket or football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course! Your round should take around 1 hour to complete. The one who takes the least goes is the winner!

Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session start time & collect your wristband from our Activities Reception before heading over to our Disc Golf course.
