β¨οΈ This December 2025, we invite you to join us for our winter light celebration set against the backdrop of the beautiful gardens at Stockwood Discovery Centre.

This year we have doubled the light trail from 500 metres to one kilometre, with over 20 light creations and a custom-made soundtrack.
Discover Stockwood like you've never seen it before, as you weave your way on a self-guided tour through the illuminated pathways, set against the backdrop of the lush greenery. We have interactive light installations, shimmering disks reflecting the sky, bouncing psychelic colours, colourful animations and sparkly mirrors.
π WHAT'S NEW FOR 2025
For 2025 we're also introducing 13 new light creations inspired by fairy tales, fast reaction games , water and ice. There'll also be a few surprises along the way so be prepared for magic and adventure.

This year we have doubled the light trail from 500 metres to one kilometre, with over 20 light creations and a custom-made soundtrack.
Discover Stockwood like you've never seen it before, as you weave your way on a self-guided tour through the illuminated pathways, set against the backdrop of the lush greenery. We have interactive light installations, shimmering disks reflecting the sky, bouncing psychelic colours, colourful animations and sparkly mirrors.

For 2025 we're also introducing 13 new light creations inspired by fairy tales, fast reaction games , water and ice. There'll also be a few surprises along the way so be prepared for magic and adventure.

π¨βπ©βπ§βπ§ SEN Sessions - Family Tickets: From Β£18 per family
Join the fun and come along to a SEN ice skate. Everyone can enjoy the ice and can either use traditional skates or twin bladed ice skates for added stability. Carers or accompanying adults can use traditional ice skates or over shoe grippers.
βΏοΈ Wheel chairs will be allowed on the ice for our SEN sessions. The music and lights are switched off for these sessions and the capacity is limited.
π§ Toddler Session: From Β£5.50 per person
Bring your little ones for an exclusive Parent and Toddler Ice Skating session. Under 4βs go free! You and your young children under 4 can enjoy the skating rink and can use the double bladed skates or over-shoe grippers. Pushchairs are allowed on the ice too!

βΈοΈ SKATING AIDS
Skating aids are available to purchase at the beginning of your ice skating session for the price of Β£5. They are available on a first come-first serve basis. The payment method is card only using a card reader.
