Bradwell Mill Opening Day - Free Entry

Please be aware
⭐️ The mill is a working machine not just a building. Care should be taken when moving around the premises as some surfaces are greasy and some have a risk of splinters.
⭐️ There are low beams and trip hazards along with steep, narrow stairs.
⭐️ Only a limited number of people can access the upstairs at a time – so you may have to wait.
⭐️ Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
⭐️ There are no toilet facilities available.

Admission is free but donations towards the upkeep are very much welcome.

Parking is in Nightingale Court, off Wheelers Lane. There is no access to the mill from Mill Lane (off Bradwell Road).

We usually recommend the age ranges of 1-13, but an adult or sibling, cousin etc may assist young children if they would like to ride but are too small to ride alone. We do have a few dedicated toddler size attractions and are hopefully looking to bring in some more smaller attractions and inflatables specifically for tots.
With good reason, you may assist your child! If they are too young to go alone, scared etc you may assist them.
ALL children attending will need to buy a wristband upon entry, no exceptions. Plan ahead! If you think our attractions are unsuitable for your child, please plan to leave them with a parent, grandparent, friend etc.

With the Museum only open to the public nine times a year, our team of approximately 50 dedicated volunteers are on hand to ensure your visit is both educational and enjoyable.

⚔️ History Knights Medieval World 2025 (Free drop-in) - Stockwood Discovery Centre, Luton

This is a free drop-in event for May half term 2025. Donations welcome.
Whether you want to try on a princess crown, join a knightly joust or try your skills on the cross bows there's plenty of fun for all the family as History Knights bring their popular Medieval World to the Discovery Centre .
🗡 WHAT FUN?
You can mount your steed in our hobby horse races or test your nerves in the family joust and inflatable sword tournament. With play tables and craft activities whatever your age, there's fun for everyone.
