Halloween Haunt Fest is a recommended 16+ event. Due to the nature of the event and level of scare, the event is not recommended to anyone under the age of 16.
If you are under the age of 16, you must be accompanied by a full-paying adult (18+) throughout the evening, including in attractions.
16-21 year olds must be able to prove their age with a photo ID to enter, unless accompanied by an adult (18+). Proof of ID must be photographic (Passport or Driving License) and photocopies are permitted.

Gates open at 16:30 and attractions open at 17:00. We recommend that you arrive at the start of the evening to have enough time to watch our live shows, grab some food & drinks plus enter each scare attraction. All four of our popular attractions may have longer queues at peak times. Please note that the event will close at either 22:30 or 23:00 depending on the date you select, and queue lines may close an hour prior.

Abi and her Grandad tell each other Anansi folktales. They play games as they work together in the garden among the beautiful flowers and tasty vegetables. As they plant memories, they share secrets and develop a bond that nothing can break.
Grandad is as smart and mischievous as the wily Anansi legend, a part human, part spider and the subject of many West African and Caribbean folk stories. Can he find a way to tell his granddaughter about his plans to return to Jamaica, his beloved homeland?
Join our intrepid characters as they step into the unexpected in this humorous and heartfelt inter-generational adventure. With captivating songs and joyous dancing, Grandad Anansi is an uplifting tale of love, courage and letting go that celebrates storytelling and shines a light on Jamaican culture and the Windrush generation.
Written by award-winning children’s author Elayne Ogbeta, Grandad Anansi is a Half Moon and Z-arts co-production: an exciting collaboration by the UK’s leading small-scale young people’s venue and touring company and Manchester’s unique venue for children and families.

🎟 CARER TICKET
Visitors with additional needs are entitled to one free carer ticket, provided they can show proof of requirement with one of the following:
▪️Blue Badge
▪️Access Card with queueing symbol
▪️A headed letter from GP or Consultant (dated within the last 6 months) confirming the inability queue

🕕 TIMES
Gates open at 6pm with the haunts opening at 6.30pm. Site closes at 11pm.
▪️AGES:
Attendance to The Howl is age restricted. Anyone aged 12-15 years of age will only be permitted entry onto the site and in any attractions if they are with someone 16 or older. Anyone aged 16 or older will be allowed to enter the sites and mazes unsupervised. No one ages 11 or under will be permitted entry.
