The Comedy Garden takes place in Verulamium Park, opposite Westminster Lodge.
There is no event parking; please use one of the many car parks in St Albans town centre. There are bus stops nearby on Holywell Hill, and St Albans Abbey train station is less than a 10-minute walk. If you use a taxi service, a good meeting point is opposite Westminster Lodge.

🎠 Gumbles Funfair is back with unlimited rides for kids at Bedford Park this summer half term 2025.

ℹ️ AGE INFORMATION
We usually recommend the age ranges of 1-13, but an adult or sibling, cousin etc may assist young children if they would like to ride but are too small to ride alone. We do have a few dedicated toddler size attractions and are hopefully looking to bring in some more smaller attractions and inflatables specifically for tots.
With good reason, you may assist your child! If they are too young to go alone, scared etc you may assist them.
🧒 ALL CHILDREN NEED WRISTBANDS
ALL children attending will need to buy a wristband upon entry, no exceptions. Plan ahead! If you think our attractions are unsuitable for your child, please plan to leave them with a parent, grandparent, friend etc.

We usually recommend the age ranges of 1-13, but an adult or sibling, cousin etc may assist young children if they would like to ride but are too small to ride alone. We do have a few dedicated toddler size attractions and are hopefully looking to bring in some more smaller attractions and inflatables specifically for tots.
With good reason, you may assist your child! If they are too young to go alone, scared etc you may assist them.
🧒 ALL CHILDREN NEED WRISTBANDS
ALL children attending will need to buy a wristband upon entry, no exceptions. Plan ahead! If you think our attractions are unsuitable for your child, please plan to leave them with a parent, grandparent, friend etc.

Linslade Canal Festival returns this year for another unforgettable celebration of countryside charm, heritage crafts and stunning canal boats.

Visitors will be treated to captivating demonstrations from traditional artisans, including bee skep making, stained glass window crafting, trug and hurdle making and wood carving. These skilled craftspeople will showcase the beauty and technique behind rural trades that have stood the test of time. They each have a fascinating wealth of knowledge regarding all manner of strange goings-on in the local area. They will find out about what haunted activity is taking place at county, town and maybe even individual venue level to deliver as many ethereal tales as possible. Sleep well – if you can !

ℹ️ AGE INFORMATION
We usually recommend the age ranges of 1-13, but an adult or sibling, cousin etc may assist young children if they would like to ride but are too small to ride alone. We do have a few dedicated toddler size attractions and are hopefully looking to bring in some more smaller attractions and inflatables specifically for tots.
With good reason, you may assist your child! If they are too young to go alone, scared etc you may assist them.
