It's the perfect way to spend quality time with your friends & family and enjoy the great outdoors - or simply come down to practice your skills & beat your course best! Open from March to December - it's fantastic FUN for all ages!
Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our Disc & Football Golf course! You will need to throw your disc into the basket or football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course! Your round should take around 1 hour to complete. The one who takes the least goes is the winner!

Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session start time & collect your wristband from our Activities Reception before heading over to our Disc Golf course.

The Olde Watermill Shopping Village is set in and around an historic Watermill.
There has been a Watermill on the site since 1086 as the Watermill is mentioned in the Domesday book and it is one of the oldest overshot Watermills in the country.
Over the last few years, it has been lovingly restored and is now home to over 20 unique and individual shops as well as the Mill House Restaurant, Tea Room & Cafe, an antique centre, Miller’s Shopping Arcade and a soft play area for the children.

⚙️ The Mill, Shop and Tea Room are open to the public only on the dates below. Flour and oats are milled on open days, water levels permitting. Tea Room last orders 4.30pm.

There are three floors to view. We recommend the minimum time would be 15 minutes for each floor. There is a lift in the mill which allows full access to all three floors, there is also a toilet, for disabled visitors.
🌳 THE NATURE RESERVE
The Nature Reserve is open all year round, except 10th-11th May and 4th-5th October 2025. A circular walk takes around 45 minutes.
🐶 ABOUT DOGS
With the exception of guide dogs, we do not allow dogs in the mill. We welcome well behaved dogs in the Nature Reserve and ask that they be kept on leads at all times – many animals and birds breed or feed on the reserve, at or near ground level at all seasons of the year.

It's the perfect way to spend quality time with your friends & family and enjoy the great outdoors - or simply come down to practice your skills & beat your course best! Open from March to December - it's fantastic FUN for all ages!
Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our Disc & Football Golf course! You will need to throw your disc into the basket or football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course! Your round should take around 1 hour to complete. The one who takes the least goes is the winner!

🌞 Free Summer of Play: Dunstable Downs Sports Village
Time: 10:30 - 17:00
⚽️ This year, see our Estate transform into a Sports Village with free, outdoor activities like football, cricket, hockey, tennis, table tennis, athletics, frisbee golf, mini croquet and Wednesday soft archery for you to get stuck into.

⚽️ Looking for a fun outdoors activity? Discover Box End Park's newest attraction - Disc & Football Golf! It's the perfect way to spend quality time with your friends & family and enjoy the great outdoors - or simply come down to practice your skills & beat your course best! Open from March to December - it's fantastic FUN for all ages!
Enjoy our beautiful lakeside setting as you work your way around our Disc & Football Golf course! You will need to throw your disc into the basket or football into the hole - the exact same as you would do on a golf course! Your round should take around 1 hour to complete. The one who takes the least goes is the winner!

Choose between our 9 Hole Beginner course or take on our 9 Hole Pro route! Feeling up to the challenge - why not combine both?
⚽️ DISC & FOOTBALLS
Got your own disc or football? Bring them along with you or you can choose to rent one of ours for £2.50pp.
⏳️HOW MANY TIME SLOTS DO I NEED?
Each time-slot takes up to 4ppl max. teeing off every 10 minutes - so if you have a group of 8ppl you'll need to book 2 consecutive slots!
🕙 ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR
Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session start time & collect your wristband from our Activities Reception before heading over to our Disc Golf course.
